Actor Sudheer Babu is making debut as a producer with this romantic entertainer ‘Nannu Dochukunduvate’. Debutant RS Naidu is the director and newbie ‘Nabha Natesh’ is the film’s leading lady. Nannu Dochukunduvate is a story between two people who are poles apart. The movie is set to tickle your senses and trigger laughter even in the most unusual situations.
Karthik (Sudheer Babu) is an IT manager who is always tough with his subordinates. To avoid a marriage proposal from his relatives, Karthik hires Meghana to act as his girlfriend in front of his father (Nassar). Meghana impresses both Karthik and his father with her bubbly nature and nice heart. Karthik who is very career oriented professional, until he meets the short film actress Meghana. All his plans come to a grinding halt and he realizes it is probably because of this new person in his life. What happens thereafter and how they find love in each other is the story of ND.
Sudheer Babu has improved a lot when compared to his previous films. He looks perfect as a man with few words and does his role sincerely. The movie completely belongs to Nabha Natesh as she makes a striking debut. She is the life and soul of the film as Nabha breathes life into the role of Meghana. Nasser is perfect in his father’s role and all his scenes with heroine Nabha have been executed well. On the whole, Nannu Dochukunduvate is a typical romantic comedy which is narrated on a simple and entertaining note. The film makes up for a breezy watch this weekend. Go for it.
